When will I receive my appliqué and/or embroidery files?
All necessary design files will be sent directly to your email after purchase. There will also be a download link immediately after purchase. If you run into any issues with their delivery, let us know and we'll get that sorted right away! And, if for any reason, you receive the incorrect file, just send us a message and we'll gladly send the correct file directly to your email.
What formats do you provide for designs?
Both appliqué and embroidery listings have all included file types listed in the info section—PES, DST, HUS, JEF, JEF+, PCS, PEC, SEW, VIP, VP3, and XXX are the most common file types you'll receive. We also include the dimensions for 4x4 and 5x7 hoops so that you can decide if it's right for you before purchasing.
Is custom name embroidery included with the hooded towels?
Yes! Each hooded towel comes with the option to include personalization text (and at no additional cost to you). All you have to do is leave your little ones name in the applicable text box on the product page, as well as the type of font you would like.
Do you offer other colors for the hooded towels?
Absolutely! Each towel is photographed in our most popular color for that design. If you'd prefer a different color, feel free to leave a note with your order or send us a message and we'll reach out with any other options we have available.
